Construction / Renovation Update

Hammers are in use at the Francis Scott Key Family Resort. During this past month, we have ripped up many floors in the lodge and are installing new tile in the kitchen. Our kitchen equipment has arrived and is being placed appropriately. Management offices and the new front desk have been framed and insulation is going in. Complete electrical re-wiring is taking place and we have experienced a few scheduled power outages at the front desk this week. Our front desk has temporarily moved to the east side of the property until our new, updated front desk is completed. Currently we have about 60 rooms open on the property as many are closed for renovations and remodeling. All 230 rooms will be open and ready by May.
